How do I book an appointment? 
Is there a limit to how many guests I can bring to my appointment?
  • While we do not have a set limit, we recommend about 4-5 people just so every fits in the space comfortably but it is your special day so let us know and we can try our best to accommodate! 

What size range of dresses does White House Bridal carry? 
  • We currently carry size 6-20. As our store grows, we hope to be able to offer up to a size 24 very soon! 

When should I start shopping for my wedding dress?
  • Most brides start shopping for their wedding dress 8–12 months before the wedding. This gives you plenty of time to explore styles and designers without rushing, place your order (most dresses take 4–8 months to arrive), and schedule fittings and alterations! However, if your wedding is sooner, don’t worry we have ready-to-wear or rush-order options that can still help you find your dream dress in time!

How far in advance should I request an appointment with White House Bridal? 
  • Obviously the earlier the better but we understand life is busy! Give us a call and we will try our best to get you in same day or next day if possible! 

How much does an appointment cost? 
  • We don’t charge for appointments. Booking a time to try on dresses is completely free! We just ask that you respect your scheduled time so we can continue offering this personalized, no-pressure experience to all our brides.

What should I bring to my bridal appointment? 
  • ​When coming to your bridal appointment, it’s helpful to bring any inspiration photos, heels to try on the gowns, we recommend wearing nude undergarments, and a strapless bra if you have one. Most importantly, bring an open mind and excitement because you never know which dress might make your heart skip a beat!

Do you offer in house dress alterations? 
  • We do not but we do have a recommendation list! 

What is the stores price point? 
  • Most of our gowns are priced under $3,000, with majority being between $1,500 and $2,500. We are happy to help brides find beautiful options to suit every budget. No matter your price range, we’re here to make sure you feel confident and radiant! 

Do you offer appointments outside of office hours? 
  • Yes! We completely understand that life is busy. Just reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate appointments outside of our normal hours so you can have the bridal experience you deserve.
